Most people do not have an arm-training problem because they are lazy. They have an arm-training problem because they are guessing.

A few curls at the end of a workout. A few pressdowns after chest. Maybe an arm day here and there when motivation is high. Then, after a few months, nothing really changes. The sleeves still fit the same. The pump comes and goes. The arms look decent in the mirror for half an hour, then disappear again.

That is the exact problem Armageddon was built to solve.

Arm development should be the mission—not whatever energy is left at the end of the session.

01 / The structure

Bigger arms do not sit in isolation.

Armageddon is a nine-week arm-dominant physique program designed to make arm development the priority without throwing the rest of the body away.

Bigger arms look better when they are attached to a stronger chest, wider shoulders, a thicker back and a body that still looks athletic and complete. That is why this is not one random arm day repeated over and over. It is a structured four-day split that trains the whole body while heavily emphasising the biceps, triceps, brachialis, forearms and grip across the week.

The goalBuild bigger, stronger, denser arms.

Simple target. Deliberate method.

The program introduces new exercises, angles, loading methods and training demands across three phases. Frequency is planned. Variation has a job. Progressive overload gives every week a direction.

02 / The progression

From control to controlled chaos.

Weeks 1–3

The Ignition Protocol

Control before chaos. Learn to create tension, own the tempo and prepare the elbows, wrists and shoulders for repeated arm training.

Chest, back, legs, shoulders and core stay in the plan, but the arms become the priority from the opening week.

Weeks 4–6

The Siege Phase

The pressure builds. Sessions become denser and supersets more demanding. Slower eccentrics, partials, holds, rest-pause work and mechanical finishers raise the demand.

The goal is not simply to do more. It is to make every set more effective.

Weeks 7–9

The Final Reckoning

This is the peak. Heavier entry work meets top sets, back-off sets, myo-reps, drop sets, stretch-position partials, lockout holds, pulses and grip finishers.

Load. Tension. Stretch. Squeeze. Fatigue. Control.

Armageddon is hard, but it is not built around junk volume. The aim is not to throw every curl variation into a workout and hope something sticks. The aim is to give the arms enough frequency, variation and progressive overload to force a response.

03 / The training week

Four sessions. One clear priority.

01

Chest, Triceps & Biceps

Pressing strength, triceps loading and direct biceps work begin the week with immediate arm emphasis.

02

Back, Biceps & Triceps

Back thickness and biceps overload build the arms from the opposite direction, with triceps still in the picture.

03

Legs, Shoulders & Arms

Lower-body and shoulder work keep the physique balanced while additional arm volume maintains the priority.

04

Dedicated Arms & Upper Detail

Biceps, triceps, forearms, grip, brachialis and upper-body detail come together in the weekly specialist session.

That is what makes the structure work: the arms are trained frequently, but never randomly. Exercises rotate across phases as the program moves from foundation, to pressure, to peak intensity.

04 / Who it is for

You do not need to be advanced. You do need to be ready to work.

Armageddon is for the gym user who wants their arms to become a real feature of their physique—not something trained at the end, not something that only looks good with a pump, and not something left to chance.

It is best suited to lifters already comfortable with dumbbells, barbells, cables, machines and bodyweight movements. You need to control your reps, respect the tempo and train hard without letting your form turn into rubbish. The final-set methods are there for a reason, not just to make the workout look fancy.

  • Four structured gym sessions per week
  • Nine weeks across three progressive phases
  • Full-body training with an arm-dominant focus
  • Biceps, triceps, brachialis, forearms and grip
  • App delivery, coaching and check-ins

The arms respond when the target muscle is forced to do the work. That is what this program is built around.

No wasted sessions.
No random arm days.
No endless junk volume.

The fuse has been lit.

Give your arms nine weeks of structure and make development the mission.
