A complete 56-week progression for people who want more than another disconnected gym program.
Move from foundational full-body training through structured splits, physique development and athletic performance. Every stage prepares you for what comes next.
Structure: 7 × 8-week stages, each with 2 × 4-week phases.
Habits: Weekly nutrition, recovery, movement and lifestyle progression.
Starting level: Beginner through advanced progression.
Access: Included with Train Unlimited, delivered through the app with coaching and check-ins.
A clear direction for your training
Milestone is for people who want to build strength, physique, gym confidence, cardiovascular fitness and movement quality while developing a sustainable routine.
You do not need to arrive advanced. The pathway develops your capability over time, including nutrition habits, recovery and overall training performance. Sean can place you at the stage that fits your current experience.
Every eight weeks, your training evolves.
Exercises change, splits become more advanced and training methods progress. Cardio develops its own performance pathway while habits move from awareness toward self-management.
The goal is to make you more capable by Week 56 than you were at Week 1.
Explore each stage to see how the structure changes. Build readiness at your current level, then progress with Sean’s guidance.
I
Milestone I · Weeks 1–8
Activate & Align
Build movement confidence, learn foundational patterns and establish consistency.
Signs to look for: You can follow your full-body sessions with more confidence, repeat controlled reps and keep a training routine.
Gym commitment: 3 / week
Explore this stage +
Training: Full Body × 3
Phase 1 introduces controlled foundational training, core basics and movement quality. Phase 2 increases volume and introduces supersets, stability demands and greater training confidence.
Development: Movement quality · routine · technique · basic strength
II
Milestone II · Weeks 9–16
Strength in Structure
Build a stronger foundation while maintaining full-body frequency.
Signs to look for: You can slow a repetition or control one side at a time without losing the movement pattern.
Gym commitment: 3 / week

Training: Advanced Full Body × 3
Unilateral work, tempo manipulation, accessories and more demanding methods develop strength and control. Maintain movement quality as training becomes harder.
Development: Strength · unilateral control · work capacity · training structure
III
Milestone III · Weeks 17–24
The Shift to Structured Splits
Give individual areas more dedicated attention through the first major change in training structure.
Signs to look for: You understand the role of each session in your split and can organise the week around training and recovery.
Instead of training the whole body every session, progress into dedicated sessions with increased volume. Cardio becomes more structured through running progression and interval development.
Sessions target the posterior chain, back and biceps, chest/shoulders/triceps and athletic strength. Cardio develops speed, running intervals, threshold work and conditioning resilience. Confirm your weekly schedule with Sean.
Development: Targeted strength · athletic movement · conditioning · physique development
V
Milestone V · Weeks 33–40
Sculpt + Strength-Finish
Develop muscular detail and physique balance through a dedicated sculpting structure.
Signs to look for: You can maintain the prescribed tempo and muscular tension as the sculpting work becomes more demanding.
Gym commitment: 4 / week

Training: Chest & Triceps + Core · Back & Biceps + Core · Legs · Shoulders & Core
Phase 1 establishes the sculpting structure. Phase 2, the Marble Refinement Phase, introduces new movements, greater muscular tension, advanced tempo work and deliberate aesthetic detail. Cardio follows the Three-Path System™: Speed, Capacity and Resilience.
Prepare to transition into training that reflects your next goal.
Signs to look for: You can review what has improved, identify what still needs work and agree on your next training direction with Sean.
Gym commitment: To be set with Sean

Training: Goal-specific direction to be confirmed
Your direction reflects what you have developed across the previous 48 weeks and where you want to go next. Sean will confirm the final stage’s programming and split. After Milestone, explore physique, advanced strength or sport-specific pathways, including Legion and Empower.
Development: Readiness · goal setting · transition to specialised training
Early conditioning establishes aerobic capacity and running confidence. The pathway develops intervals, tempo, threshold running, acceleration, speed changes, fatigue resilience and pacing control.
Milestone V
Three-Path System™
Speed
Acceleration and faster running.
Capacity
Aerobic development and sustainable pace.
Resilience
Maintaining output as fatigue increases.
Milestone VI
Layered Path System™
Speed, Capacity and Resilience begin appearing within the same session.
Accelerate → Settle → Recover moving → Produce again
Develop the ability to combine these qualities as the demands of training increase.
Beyond the workout
Habits that progress with the training.

07Ownership
Start with simple behaviours
Hydration, steps, protein, vegetables, sleep and mobility build your foundation.
Grow into performance ownership
Meal structure, protein tracking, recovery planning, performance nutrition, training readiness, weekly scheduling and reflection help you sustain progress.
Build the behaviours gradually so consistent training becomes easier to sustain.
Milestone is included with Train Unlimited at $12 AUD/week. It is an ongoing coached pathway, delivered through the app with coaching and check-ins. Access through Unlimited continues while subscribed.
Sean will help place you based on your experience, goals and current training ability. After Milestone, explore Legion, Empower or FIT4FOOTY according to your next goal.
