One program: a defined training block

A standalone purchase is for the program you choose, at the upfront price shown at checkout. You receive coaching and check-ins during your program. This can fit someone who knows the block they want and prefers to buy it individually.

The advertised number of weeks describes the training structure; it is not a demand to rush through the program. You can take the time you need to complete it.

What happens after completion?

Your one-off purchase includes coaching and check-ins while you work through the program. Take the time you need to finish. If you have not bought another program or joined Train Unlimited within 14 days of completing it, your account moves to basic access. You keep the program you purchased; new programming requires another purchase or an active Train Unlimited subscription.

Train Unlimited: ongoing library access

Train Unlimited is an ongoing $12 AUD/week subscription. It includes the program library while subscribed, coaching and check-ins, and the flexibility to change training direction as your goals develop.

Milestone’s seven eight-week stages form a 56-week pathway within that subscription. It is not a one-off $12 purchase of the whole pathway, and the 56-week structure should not be confused with a 12-week subscription term.

Which model fits you?

If you want one particular program, compare its upfront price and schedule. If you want a longer training relationship and access to different programs, review Train Unlimited. There is no need to select the most complicated option to receive coaching.

Explore online coaching, read about Milestone, or compare individual programs. Review the current checkout details at checkout before purchasing.
