Starting a program is usually the easy part. Knowing what to do after it is where a lot of people get stuck.

You get a few good weeks together. You learn the exercises. You start feeling stronger. Then the plan finishes, work gets busy, or the routine stops feeling like it is taking you anywhere.

So you look for something new. Another split. Another challenge. Another Monday where you promise yourself this is the one.

The effort is there. The missing piece is a direction that lasts longer than the initial burst of motivation.

That is why I built Milestone.

You should be able to finish a stage of training and know what you are building towards next.

01 / The bigger picture

A program with somewhere to go.

Milestone is a 56-week training pathway built around seven eight-week stages. It begins with movement quality, full-body training and consistency, then develops into structured splits, physique work and athletic performance.

The point of the length is to give those qualities time to develop. You learn a movement. You practise it. You get stronger and more confident with it. Then the training asks more of you.

Each stage is structured around two four-week phases, so there is progression within the stage as well as a direction beyond it.

The missionBuild the base.
Earn the next level.

Strength. Confidence. Conditioning. A routine you can keep building on.

You do not need to arrive ready for the most demanding part of the pathway. The early work prepares you for later demands. I help you choose a starting point that reflects your experience, goals and current ability.

02 / The progression

Seven stages. Each with a purpose.

The sessions evolve because your capabilities and training needs evolve. Here is how that journey is designed to unfold.

Milestone I · Weeks 1–8

Activate & Align

Learn to train with confidence. Three full-body sessions each week introduce foundational movement patterns, core work and controlled technique. The second phase adds volume, supersets and stability demands.

The first milestone is a reliable foundation: knowing what you are doing and beginning to make it a routine.

Milestone II · Weeks 9–16

Strength in Structure

Make that foundation stronger. Three full-body sessions continue, with more demanding exercises, unilateral work, tempo changes and accessories.

You are learning to maintain control as the work gets harder, with more attention to strength and work capacity.

Milestone III · Weeks 17–24

The Shift to Structured Splits

Give each area more attention. The week moves to four sessions: Upper 1, Lower 1, Upper 2 and Hybrid Core / Leg Strength.

Dedicated sessions create room for more focused muscular development. Running progression and intervals also give conditioning a clearer structure.

Milestone IV · Weeks 25–32

Targeted Development & Performance

Build muscle and athletic capability together. Training targets the posterior chain, back and biceps, chest, shoulders and triceps, alongside athletic strength.

Conditioning develops through speed, intervals and threshold work. Your weekly schedule is confirmed with me for this stage.

Milestone V · Weeks 33–40

Sculpt + Strength-Finish

Bring more detail to the physique. Four sessions organise the week around chest and triceps, back and biceps, legs, and shoulders, with core work built in.

The second phase, Marble Refinement, introduces new movements, more deliberate tension and advanced tempo work. Cardio follows the Three-Path System™: Speed, Capacity and Resilience.

Milestone VI · Weeks 41–48

Sculpted Performance

Bring strength, shape and athletic output together. Upper Push, Upper Pull, Lower and Hybrid Performance form the four-session week.

Power, deceleration, loaded carries and rotation broaden what your training asks of you. The Layered Path System™ brings Speed, Capacity and Resilience into the same conditioning sessions.

Milestone VII · Weeks 49–56

Your next direction.

Choose what comes next with purpose. The final stage is guided by what you have developed across the previous 48 weeks and where you want to go.

I will confirm the programming and training split for this stage with you. It is the bridge towards your next goal, whether that is physique development, advanced strength or sport-specific training.

There is a reason the pathway starts with control and consistency. Those qualities still matter when the exercises become more advanced. You carry them forward.

03 / Beyond the workout

Your routine needs to develop too.

A more demanding program needs more than enthusiasm on the gym floor. It also needs preparation, recovery and a week you can organise around.

Milestone develops habits alongside the training. Early work focuses on simple behaviours such as hydration, steps, protein, vegetables, sleep and mobility. Later stages build towards meal structure, recovery planning, training readiness and self-assessment.

You build those behaviours gradually. You do not have to overhaul your entire life before the first session.

01

Develop the body.

Strength, muscular development, conditioning and athletic capability.

02

Develop the person doing the training.

Confidence, consistency, preparation and the ability to manage your own progress.

Cardio develops alongside the gym work too, moving from foundational capacity towards more structured running, pacing and conditioning demands.

The aim is to become more capable at training—and more capable of keeping it going.

04 / Who it is for

You need a starting point. You do not need to have it all worked out.

Milestone suits people who want a longer-term direction for their strength, physique and fitness. That might mean building confidence in the gym, returning to a routine, or moving beyond disconnected programs.

The first two stages use three gym sessions per week. Stages III, V and VI use four. The schedule for Stage IV and the final stage is confirmed with me. We choose your starting point with your experience and available training days in mind.

  • Seven eight-week stages of development
  • Full-body foundations before more specialised splits
  • Gym training, conditioning and habits
  • A starting point matched to your current ability
  • Coaching and check-ins through my fitness app
  • A clear conversation about your next goal

You will still need to do the work. Log the sessions. Practise the movements. Be honest in your check-ins. If your week falls apart, tell me so we can work out how to move forward.

A difficult week does not need to become another fresh start.
